Diamond Silver Application Disc N ° 2 Brilliance

Diamond Silver N ° 2 Brilliance Application Disc (PAD). White application disc with a layer of epoxy resin mixed with different grains of fine diamond. The silver diamond disc n ° 2 enhances the shine of natural stones. Available in Ø 125, 150, 203, 254, 300, 406, 432, 460, 505 mm and in set of 3 CASSANI blocks.
 Product Details:
 The Diamond Silver Pad n ° 2 allows you to create a mechanical shine of between 65 and 90 points of shine, depending on the hardness of the marble.
 This pad replaces all of the following fine grains: 800, 1800, 3600, 8500 and 15000.
 Its design allows to obtain a uniform gloss, avoiding the formation of epicycloids on the ground.
 It can be used under 140 rpm single brushes 400 rpm single brushes and any type of scrubber.
 It is recommended not to use the diamond pad on porous stone, which is not hard enough to obtain a mechanical shine and contains silica which will quickly wear out the pad.
 Estimated lifetime of the Diamond Pads:
 Refurbished with a monobrush: 300 to 600 m²
 Refurbished with a scrubber-dryer: 1,000 to 2,000 m²
 Polishing maintenance on a reconditioned floor: 50,000 to 100,000 m²
